YOU CAN BRING HOPE AND MAKE A CHANGE IN THE LIFE OF SOMEONE TODAY
The Children We Are Focusing On
New Hope for Children Organization focuses on aiding children who are abandoned, neglected, isolated, impoverished, or at risk. It's evident that an increasing number of children face abandonment, isolation, and extreme peril due to circumstances beyond their control. These children endure unimaginably miserable lives, lacking hope for the future and feeling neglected by society. They range in age from 5 to 18, and tragically, infants are sometimes abandoned in impoverished areas.
The reasons behind their homelessness, isolation, abandonment, or neglect are diverse:
-
Living with an unloving or rejecting step-parent after the death of their biological parent
-
Losing their sole caregiver, whether the father or mother
-
Eviction or property loss
-
Forced parental separation
-
Denial of biological parenthood
-
Death of both parents
-
Alcoholism
-
HIV/AIDS
-
Extreme poverty
-
And various other challenging circumstances
Enduring these discomforting experiences, these parentless and destitute children live the most challenging lives imaginable. Many remain unprotected and face the risk of exposure to criminal elements, experiencing abduction, rape, and even murder in pagan witchcraft rituals. Young girls are particularly vulnerable to forced early marriages, as some impoverished parents view this as the easiest solution.
Surviving these perilous social changes and often abusive conditions, these children grow into difficult adults due to the lack of proper parenting and education. They may act with recklessness and vengeance, lacking moral guidance and any sense of guilt due to their upbringing.
When these children receive care, they can attend school to access a quality education and potentially find nurturing foster homes with caregivers trained to meet their needs. This offers them a renewed outlook on life and a second chance for a brighter future."
